Not included in the build price
Logo and visual identity; advertising and social media management; paid stock photos, icons, fonts or themes; integrations with third-party systems (fiscal register, accounting software, courier services). Any of these can be added by separate agreement.
Maintenance
Keeping the app running without interruption, built into the deal, not an optional add-on.

Maintenance covers hosting, the domain, security updates, technical support and small content edits (opening hours, prices, photos). It is billed from the second month after launch.
New features, new pages and larger design changes are not part of maintenance. They are quoted separately, and the work starts only once price and deadline are agreed in writing.

Frequently asked questions
For some jobs that's genuinely enough, and I'll tell you honestly if yours is one of them. Before you agree, ask three things: who changes the prices when they change, whose name the domain is registered in, and whether you get the access credentials. What that price usually doesn't cover is someone still being reachable a year later, when something needs changing.
A redesign is priced as the matching package (usually Standard), and existing content can be migrated.
You can, but then the site has nowhere to live, because hosting and the domain still get paid to someone. I can transfer both into your name, and from then on every outage and every domain renewal is yours to handle. At 50 euros a month, that's not a job worth taking on yourself.
Start: about a week · Standard: 2–3 weeks · Plus: 3–4 weeks · Web app: scoped per project. The clock starts once the deposit is paid and the text and photos have arrived, and the materials are usually what runs late.
You approve the design before anything gets programmed, and it changes as many times as it takes, at no extra cost, until you're happy with it. Only then does programming start. Every bug in the first 30 days after launch is fixed at no charge.
The domain is registered in your name and stays yours in every case, and the copy and photos you supplied stay yours. Once the final payment clears you get full right of use of the site. I run the hosting and technical infrastructure as part of maintenance; if you ask for the credentials I hand them over, and maintenance ends there.
